A firmware patch has been quietly been made available via your system PlayStation settings under the version number V4.21. The PlayStation Network Blog has yet to post information on the front page regarding the patch however here is what we do know…
The Patch Includes:
- Automatic shutdown timer (Select from 1,2,3,4,5 hours or “off”)
- The ability to select multiple save data to delete, modify or move.
This patch is beneficial to those of you who watch movies on Netflix late at night before bed and tend to leave the system running while you sleep. The Auto shut-off function gives you the ability to shut the system down without being present.
