Gran Turismo 5 XL Edition is set to hit shelves in the US on January 17th. GT5 XL Edition is the US equivalent of the Japanese GT5 Spec II, announced late last year.
The XL Edition, like the Spec II edition, will include the original GT5 game with all of the its most recent and major updates including the Spec II update. Also included is a $20 DLC voucher which covers the cost of all the most recent DLC.
Gran Turismo 5 XL Edition will cost $39.99. And for those who think the title ‘XL Edition’ is boring, the game case comes with a reversible coversheet that displays the ‘Spec II’ title like the Japanese version and showcases the Red Bull X2011 supercar.
There is still no news of a possible release in Europe.
