Sony Computer Entertainment has issued a challenge to all Gran Turismo 5 drivers, in the form of a new Time Trial Challenge. Beginning at 12:01 AM PST on Monday November 21, players will have four weeks to compete in the Gran Turismo 5 Time Trial Challenge.
This challenge puts the player in the drivers seat of a Nissan GT-R and sets them loose on the never before seen Eifel Circuit 105A track, designed by Polyphony Digital using the in-game Course Maker mode.
For simply competing in this event, Sony Computer Entertainment is giving players their very own, very special Nissan GT-R. What makes this GT-R so special is that it features the same design as the Kyosho diecast GT-R Spec V that was available only in the Gran Turismo 5 Collector’s Edition (picture below).
After finishing the special time trial event, you will receive a message to redeem a car ticket at the “Car Delivery” truck on the My Home screen in order to unlock the vehicle and add it to your garage.
