Sony (SNE:NYSE) lost the ground they had gained this week closing the Wednesday trading session at 28.30 (-0.69). In the previous 52 weeks, Sony shares have traded between a $25.85 and $36.97.
Two days ago on May 10th, the PlayStation 3 game Brink was released resulting in a lot of angry PlayStation 3 customers who purchased the game without doing a little research first. For those of you who are unaware, Brink for the PlayStation 3 requires the PlayStation Network for online play as there is no offline single player function. Sales for Brink are expected to be one of the many failures as a result of the PlayStation Network outage in comparison to PC and XBOX versions of the game.
